Screeds
We offer a variety of products to suit the many types of project requirements. Whether this is the need for a hard wearing surface, a fast drying solution or standard domestic loading. All availble in sand & cement screed or a self-levelling liquid alternative.
All applications to meet British standards as a minimum with options of enhanced levels of regularity for ease of floor finish installation.
Acoustic Floors
Whether you are looking at a cradle & batten or a pedestal-type system, we have the experience and know-how to succesfully construct all types of acoustic or raised access subfloors, heated or unheated. With a wealth of products available we can be sure to assist our customer with choosing the system which is best suited their project requirements.
Floating Floors
With numerous floating floor types available on the market, we can provide the perfect solution to overcome the greatest of depths down to the lowest possible profiles. Bespoke options can be tailored to meet specifications which require a combination of many suitable layers. All build ups are available heated or unheated.
Commissioning & Controls
Our knowledgeable commissioning team can be called upon to assist with all system balancing, chemical flushing and control programming. Control set up and fault finding can often be very simple, in the first instance the end user can expect attempts to be made to guide them through any early steps over telephone or video call. Property call-outs are available on request.
Planned & Reactive Maintenance
We have different types of packages available relating to subfloor systems. We can cater for everyone, from the end user having issues with their undefloor heating system to principle developers in need of remedial packages to existing substrates. Our team are on stand by to assist with all subfloor related maintenance.
